**By purchasing any of our products, you have agreed and read the terms below.
RETAIL RETURNS

Retail customers may return their purchase within 30 days of receipt, provided that the items are in unworn, unaltered, and undamaged condition. Should the items be received damaged, please notify us within 7 business days.

The return cost accumulated will be the customer's responsibility.

If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the return cost.

Claims for items damaged upon receipt must include clear photos of the damage(s). Claim must be made within 7 business days of delivery date. Claim will be voided if the product was used, altered, or etc.
WHOLESALE RETURNS

Wholesale and custom orders are FINAL SALE and no returns will be accepted, except in the case of receiving incorrect items. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

SHIPPING:

If your package is in transit with the carrier, we are unable to cancel, alter the address, change the shipping service, and etc.

If the customer provides us with the wrong address, and the package has been shipped, we will not be held responsible for any damages or cost. The customer will be responsible for all expenses once shipped.

If the carrier returns your package back to us for invalid address, return to sender, or etc. The customer will be responsible for any charges from the carrier. This includes prior shipping cost, return cost, chargebacks, and any service fees.
DELIVERY CLAIMS
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact the carrier who delivered your package within 7 days to file a claim.

Academy Fits, Inc does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
