**By purchasing any of our products, you have agreed and read the terms below.



  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • The return cost accumulated will be the customer's responsibility. 
  • If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the return cost.
  • Claims for items damaged upon receipt must include clear photos of the damage(s). Claim must be made within 3 business days of delivery date. Claim will be voided if the product was used, altered, or etc.
  • All returns will be charged with a 15% restocking fee, unless it is due to our fault. This includes, wrong item, wrong color, wrong style hat, damaged, and etc.



    • All retail orders include free regular shipping. All expedited shipping chosen by the customer will be charged accordingly. 
    • If your package is in transit with the carrier, we are unable to cancel, alter the address, change the shipping service, and etc.
    • If the customer provides us with the wrong address, and the package has been shipped, we will not be held responsible for any damages or cost. The customer will be responsible for all expenses once shipped.
    • If the carrier returns your package back to us for invalid address, return to sender, or etc. The customer will be responsible for any charges from the carrier. This includes return cost, chargebacks, and any service fees.



    If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact the carrier who delivered your package within 7 days to file a claim.

    • Academy Fits, Inc does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

    We will work with the carrier on the claim but you must first make the claim with the carrier. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).



    It can take up to 5 business days for your order to be processed, packed and shipped. The processing and packing time is separate from the shipping time. The shipping estimated time is added on top of the processing time. Standard shipments will ship via USPS, UPS, DHL, or similar service. Orders with shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FO & U.S. Territories will ship via USPS or equivalent service. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.



    We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories.  Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS or equivalent service.
