QUESTIONS ABOUT
EMBROIDERY
Do you offer custom embrodiery?
Yes! We offer custom embroidery to our customers. Please note, there is no minimums, but, quantities below 24 pieces will be quoted at a higher price tier.
Can I mix and match style hats for embroidery?
Yes, but the minimum quality per style/color is 12 pieces.
How much does it cost to embrodier my logo?
Pricing will depend on your logo, position, size, and quantity. For a quote, please contact us for more information. To speed up the process, please attach your logo and specify the size and location.
Can I use my own embroidery file?
Yes! We allow our customers to use their own embroidery files for production. Please note, we are not responsible for any damages to the hat during embroidery. If our machines break due to your file, the customer will be responsible for the damages as well.
Can I request my embrodiery files that I digitized with you?
All embroidery files created in our facility are property of HIMM INC, DBA: AcademyFits.
IF you would like the embroidery file, a one time transfer fee of $150.00 will be charged per logo. Please note, we do not share your files with anyone without your written permission.
Can I provide my own hats for embrodiery?
Absolutely! We allow our customers to provide their own hats for embroidery.
Can you embroider on towels or jackets?
Certainly! We are able to embroider on towels, jackets, and most flat surfaces. If the material is very thick, we may not be able to embroider on the product.
QUESTIONS ABOUT
WHOLESALE
What is your minimum for wholesale pricing?
Our minimum is 24 pieces on our website. For in person purchase, the minimum is 48 pieces.
If you meet a certain threshold of purchases on your website account, we can waive the MOQ. Contact us for more information.
How do I get wholesale pricing?
Wholesale pricing is only provided to our wholesale customers. To apply, please fill out the form HERE.
Do you provide wholesale pricing on your website?
Yes! To purchase our products at wholesale pricing, please fill out our wholesale form. Once received, we will review your application and, upon approval, send an account activation email to the email address provided on the form.
Do you accept returns on wholesale purchases?
Wholesale and custom orders are FINAL SALE and no returns will be accepted, except in the case of receiving incorrect items. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

1. Agreement Overview
These Terms and Conditions of Sale constitute the complete agreement between HIMM, INC. DBA: ACADEMYFITS (hereafter “Seller”) and its customer, distributor, and/or retailer (hereafter “Purchaser”). This agreement supersedes all prior oral or written agreements.
Any terms from the Purchaser that differ from this agreement are void unless expressly agreed to in writing, signed at Seller’s principal office in Los Angeles, California, by a duly authorized officer of the Seller, and specifically state they “amend” this agreement.
2. Binding Effect
This agreement is binding upon both parties, including their heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assignees.
3. Severability
If any provision of this agreement is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
4. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. No other oral or written statements shall be considered binding unless amended in writing and signed by both parties.
5. Retail Orders / Return Policy

FINAL SALE on all sale items and promotions.

Return requests must be made within 30 business days of receiving your package.
-
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
-
Once approved, you have 30 days from delivery date to return the item.

Unauthorized returns will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
-
Refunds issued as store credit only.
-
No store credit for original shipping costs.

6. Wholesale & Custom Orders / Return Policy

All wholesale and custom orders are FINAL SALE, except for incorrect shipments.

Report issues within 3 business days of receipt.

Claims must include clear photos of damages.
-
Allow up to 3% tolerance for damages or shortages.
-
If the return is due to our error, return shipping will be covered.
-
Items returned without prior approval are not accepted.
7. Shipping Policy

Orders take up to 5 business days to process before shipping.
-
We ship via USPS, UPS, DHL, or similar services.
-
For Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and U.S. Territories – USPS or equivalent.

If shipped, orders cannot be canceled or altered.
-
Incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.
-
Returned packages due to delivery issues will incur additional charges.
-
Late delivery by the carrier is not the Seller’s responsibility if shipped on time.
8. Delivery Claims

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact the carrier within 7 days.

Seller is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
-
Carrier claims can take up to 30 days to resolve.
9. Wholesale / Custom Order Policy
Terms

Upon approving samples/custom orders, the Purchaser agrees:

A non-refundable 50% deposit will be charged.
-
Remaining balance due upon order completion.
-

Purchaser must hold trademark rights to any submitted artwork.
-
Seller is not responsible for misuse of trademarked designs.
-
Returns only with prior written approval and subject to inspection.
-
Claims (shortages/damages/incorrect items) must be made within 3 business days.
Order Changes & Production

No changes/cancellations once an order is in production.
-
Minor imperfections may occur during embroidery due to the nature of the process.
-
Seller is not liable for delays due to external causes (e.g., fires, carrier delays, etc.).
Embroidery Digitizing Files

All embroidery files/mocks are property of HIMM, INC.

To purchase a copy:

$100 per file
-
$150 for logos larger than 6 inches
(includes EMB and DST files)

Files provided by the Purchaser are used at their own risk.
Customer Products in Our Facility

Inspected upon arrival.

We are not responsible for:

Transit damage

Natural disasters, fires, or theft

Unclaimed items after 30 days may be disposed of at Seller’s discretion.
10. Payment Terms
Late payments may incur additional charges, depending on the duration of the delay.

Bounced checks incur a $25 fee or bank charge, whichever is higher.
11. Shipping / Pick-Up

Risk of damage/loss transfers to Purchaser upon shipping.

Seller chooses shipping method if not specified by Purchaser.

For damaged goods:

Notify carrier and request inspection.

DO NOT return damaged goods to Seller.

Can I mix and match styles to meet the minimum?
Yes! You can mix and match style hats at any quantities on our online store only. For in-person purchases, each product is sold by the dozen only.
Do you offer price breaks?
We provide price breaks for orders over 500 pieces. For additional information, please contact us.

RETAIL ORDERS
Do you accept returns on retail purchases?
Retail customers may return their purchase within 30 days of receipt, provided that the items are in unworn, unaltered, and undamaged condition. Should the items be received damaged, please notify us within 7 business days.
